Delivery Information
Fast Deliveries
Deliveries are fulfilled as soon as your order is verified. Orders within Accra may take 24 hours whilst orders outside Accra may take up to 72 hours to process and be delivered during business days (Monday – Friday). Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
To ensure the best delivery service, our well-trained delivery team with the requisite skills is always available to deliver your orders.
Additionally, we will send you an email the moment your shipment is handed over to the Delivery Team (typically within 1-3 business days).
Regional Deliveries
Depending on your region, some packages may be delivered by our third party partners which may call for extra delivery fees.
All applicable delivery fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and refused packages won’t be refunded. Please note that we are not held liable for any customs fees in your region, hold times, or incorrect shipping information provided. Allow 1-3 business days for processing your order to receive your tracking number.
MMOFRA™ is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees customs, or backend charges.
Lost Packages
If a product is missing, we can help. Please e-mail photos of the shipping label and the box with the items received, a brief description of the situation, and the order number to support@mmofra.com. We will follow up with the next steps as soon as possible.
You can tell us about your missing item within 3-5 days. If the days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or reship.
